• Quiet hours are from 12:00 am to 7:00 am on weekdays and 2:00 am to 8:00 am on weekends. There is a zero-tolerance noise policy. Guests who are not in observance of the quiet hours will be asked to leave the property and/or fined $5,000.00 USD.
• No events, weddings, parties, or large gatherings of over 15 people without prior approval. No exceptions. Violations of our occupancy policy will be asked to leave the property.
• Smoking is absolutely prohibited, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes, or any other smoking device.
• No pets are allowed. Any service animals must be declared at booking.
• At the guest's expense, full-time care will be required for children under the age of 7. The property is not safe for kids as the pool is not gated and there are many points of entry.
• Moving any interior or exterior furniture is prohibited. Lounging chase can be moved by staff to make the best use of the sun.
• Please report any damage that occurs immediately to the staff.
• No firearms are allowed inside the house.
• There will be an extra $500 fee for each additional person beyond eight, with a maximum of twelve people.

Food and Beverages

A Guest Preference Form, as well as a deposit request, will be emailed to you seven days before your arrival. Please bear in mind that not all brand names or commodities are available in Mexico. However, you can be confident that our team will do all possible to suit your needs. You will be sent a bill at the conclusion of your stay, and the remainder must be paid in cash prior to departure. If there is a credit, management will make arrangements to reimburse it to you.

Service Charge

A service charge of $25.00 (USD) per person (above the age of 16) per day will be applied at the time of booking.
